Farmvisit on Varmakeldugarðurin

The Varmakeldu Farm (Hot Spring Farm) is a farm in Norðragøta. It is run by the couple Bára and Janus Joensen.

The main income for the farm is milk production. The farm also sells other products such as lamb, mutton, beef and a few other things.

The ceiling is furnished with a kitchen, tables and chairs. Visiting groups can visit the farm, enjoy a good meal or a cup of coffe and cake. The food that is served comes directly from the farm. Therefore, the product is home-produced and unauthorized.

Varmakeldugarðurin can also offer a guided walk to Varmakeldu (the hot spring from which the farm has its name) or to Gøtunes.

Visiting the Varmakeldu Farm is only per appointment.

N.B. Visitors must have been in the country for at least 48 hours before they can visit the farm.
